Free WiFi is accessible in the rooms, bars, restaurants and lobby area. Bali Dynasty Resort’s activities include aqua aerobics, cooking lessons, and fun games. PlayStations and laptops are available for rent. Other facilities include a spa, a fitness room, a kids' playground and a departure lounge. Booking Info
Once you've placed your order with your preferred three dates, I’ll check availability and get back to you within 24 hours (usually much sooner).
After you confirm your chosen dates, a 60% deposit is required within 24 hours to secure your booking. Please note that tickets are subject to availability until the deposit is received, and may sell out if delayed. The remaining 60% is due 30 days before your departure date.
Once your deposit is received, I’ll collect your details and finalise your booking. You’ll then receive an email with all your tickets and booking information.
Payments can be made via bank transfer, PayPal, Visa/MasterCard or Afterpay.

Bali Pocket Guide – Flight Package Booking Terms and Conditions
By booking a flight package through Bali Pocket Guide, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Package Inclusions & Pricing
Flight packages include return flights as specified at the time of booking.
Prices are quoted in AUD and are subject to change until full payment is received.
Any additional services (e.g. transfers, baggage, meals, insurance) will be clearly outlined or offered as add-ons.
Availability & Travel Periods
All bookings are subject to date, flight and seat availability at the time of reservation.
Flight packages exclude travel during Australian school holidays, the months of December and January, and other peak periods unless otherwise stated.
Deposits & Final Payments
A 60% deposit is required within 24 hours to secure your booking. Please note that tickets are subject to availability until the deposit is received, and may sell out if delayed. The remaining 60% is due 30 days before your departure date.
Full payment must be made by the due date specified on your invoice. Failure to do so may result in cancellation and loss of deposit.
Changes & Cancellations
Once booked, changes to passenger names, dates, or other details may incur airline fees or may not be permitted.
Cancellations are subject to airline and supplier cancellation policies. Bali Pocket Guide charges a minimum $100 administration fee in addition to any airline or third-party charges.
We strongly recommend travel insurance to cover unforeseen changes or cancellations.
Passport & Visa Requirements
It is the traveller’s responsibility to ensure passports are valid for at least 6 months from the date of entry and to obtain any required visas or travel documents. I will send you the required visa and document links needed prior to you travelling.

Bali Pocket Guide acts as a booking agent only and is not liable for flight delays, cancellations, or changes by airlines.
We are not responsible for any loss, injury, or expense due to circumstances beyond our control.
We will always advocate on your behalf and provide support in resolving issues where possible.
