If you don't know me, I'm Kristie. I've been taking my kids to Bali since they were 6 months old — nappies, tantrums, bottles, beach naps... we’ve done it all.
And honestly? It's one of the *best* places in the world to travel with kids.
The locals adore children. Strangers turn into babysitters in restaurants — seriously, we’ve had staff rocking our baby so we could actually eat a hot meal. It’s just the way Bali is.
We’ve had sunsets on beanbags, scooter rides to hidden cafes, splashy days in waterparks, jungle swings, monkey encounters (that time a monkey stole our Peanut butter still gets talked about)... and SO many moments that feel like pure magic.
If you're dreaming of Bali but worried about travelling with kids — trust me, it’s not just doable. It's amazing and creates such magic memories.
It’s slowed us down. Opened their minds. Taught them so much. Connected us in ways we don’t get in the day-to-day back home.
If you want help planning a trip that works with little ones (and still feels like a holiday for YOU), I’ve got you.
I’ve done it 20+ times — solo, partnered, girls trips, with toddlers, with teens, and every chaos level in between. It's not just a holiday spot for me — it’s a second home. Also owning and running a bar and restaurant there, I know the island on a deeper level. The hidden gems, the real local vibe, what works and what to avoid — I’ve lived it all and it's time I share it all.
